Students from each grade are sorted in four houses which are named after the fastest-flying birds in the animal kingdom. All houses participate in the activities and competitions of the school. Eagle House Falcon House Kestrel House Swift House

Student government council

A student government system operates at sections of O-Level and A-Level. It is termed the Student Council and it has on average 20-30 members from Grade 13 (for A-Level Student Council). Its primary functions are to collaborate with the administration to bring various opportunities for students, organize activities/events and as well as develop the school magazine. The Student Council is separate for each batch and the members are selected on a certain criteria. Some posts like that of the Head Students and sometimes House Captains are selected on a nomination and voting system. The members are also required to participate in the formal ceremony of Oath Taking. This system of student government is also found in other UK schools of Lahore like AC

Co-curricular

The Grammar School's co-curricular activities are widely popular among the youth of Lahore. They range from educational events to completely enjoyment programmes. Most of the branches have an environment society, which campaigns against the degreening of Lahore, and the concomitant decline in Lahore's air quality. Many branches have a community service program, proving students with opportunities to volunteer at a variety of organizations. Some of these include the Pakistan Society for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled, the Rising Sun Institute, Fatima Memorial Hospital, the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), and Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital. s are an annual tradition for junior Lahore Grammar School branches. Each branch has its own event and the students registered at that school attend with their family and friends. The event is an opportunity for students to take a brief break from schoolwork. It is also a chance for them and their parents to interact with teachers and school staff in an informal and social setting. Students and teachers often use this as an opportunity to discuss things that might be causing problems at school because everyone is in a good mood and willing to be more cooperative. It encourages a healthy relationship.

Lahore Grammar's teams have won awards at numerous tournaments on the national and international circuit. Also, many concerts of famous musical bands are held annually. The bands maybe local or even the school's own bands. All major branches put on an annual play every year, in Punjabi

Plays like Andhera Ujala were also screened on television channels whereas Khatra-e-Jaan which had a number of LGS participants also received favorable reviews across Lahore.
