. Teams representing these leagues participate in the NAGAAA Gay Softball World Series (GSWS), hosted each year in a different member city.

NAGAAA has two divisions of play – the Open Division, including both men's teams and mixed-sex teams, and the Women’s Division. Each division has four levels of play, from the competitive A rank through B, C and D teams.
