Marius Moga was born in Transylvania, in the historic city of Alba Iulia

. After learning to play the piano, he moved on to sequencers, synthesizers and programming, so by the time he was 16, he had written songs for 11 local acts ranging from pop/dance to R'n'B and club.
At 18 years old he caught a train to Bucharest to chase his dream.
A couple of months later, he achieved his first No.1 with the pop band Akcent
