History
The Sports Affairs Council was established in 1932. At the time, however it could not function because the state was at war with the chinese government and when it had stoppped they were established under the Ministry of Education in Taiwan. The department was upgraded to a council directly under the close eye of Executive Yuan in 1997. He worked in the Sports Affairs Council official until 2002.
