About the tour

While announcing Nick Jonas' side-project Nick Jonas and the Administration, the brothers announced they were planning a world tour to take place during the summer of 2010.

The tour began on August 7, 2010 in Illinois. It was originally supposed to begin on July 27, 2010 in Dallas, Texas

, but was moved back, due to changes in their schedule. Although specific dates have yet to be announced for Europe, the tour will visit London, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, Liverpool, Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain. Shows in Australia, Asia, and Dubai are also in the works.

Unlike the previous tour, Jonas Brothers Live In Concert has a simple, yet complex stage design. The stage consists of multiple moving screens that show different things while the Jonas Brothers play their music. This concert is not in the round, and is playing mostly in amphitheaters across the country and around the world.

Road Dogs

For the second year in a row, the Jonas Brothers have decided to hold several softball games with their team the "Road Dogs" throughout the tour. The games will be a part of the "X the TXT" campaign which brings awareness to the dangers of using cell phones while driving. Kevin Jonas

On August 28, 2010 Nick performs 'Rose Garden' on tour in Atlantic City. On August 29, 2010, Nick performed "Stay" on tour during a concert in Virginia Beach. On September 18th Nick performed two songs: Who I Am and Last Time Around during a concert in Mountain View, CA.

On August 22, 2010, the Jonas Brothers made a change to their set due to inclement weather and the need to rush the show so did not perform "Drive My Car at their show in Wantagh, NY.

Notes: Some of these tour dates have been canceled and changed. The tour started on August 6, 2010, two weeks later than planned, which allowed Nick Jonas to perform in London's West End as Marius in Les Misérables. The September 8 show in Tampa, FL was cancelled due to flash flooding at Tampa's 1-800-ASK-GARY Amphitheater. The show is not being rescheduled.
