Tavistock College has benefited recently from over £1.1m of investment in new sporting facilities, and can now boast a state of the art 3rd generation all weather pitch, a competition standard athletics track and a new football pitch development comprising seven pitches which has allowed the college to expand the sports department. Every year. The school has also been selected to host a nation to use the schools facilities for a training base for London 2012
The College also host Summer and Winter seven a side leagues for mens which has attracted many teams, who play on a sunday night.
