Lulu Cochin mall is going to be the fourth largest mall in India behind High Street Phoenix Mall of Mumbai(3,300,000 sq ft), Orchid Ozone Mall of Mumbai(2,500,000 sq ft) & Metro Walk Mall of Delhi(2,200,000 sq ft).
More than 240 renowned outlets including food courts, restaurants, family entertainment zones and a seven-screen multiplex
will all come together to make Lulu Shopping. Upon completion it will be one of the biggest shopping malls of India. The estimated cost for this project is more than 1500 crore
