Streets and thoroughfares

The main market or bazaar is located along the city's primary dirt road which travels through the city. People mainly travel by motorcycle and foot throughout the city as many of the roads are too narrow to accommodate vehicular traffic. Much of the original city was founded during the time before the partition of India and Pakistan. The streets are very narrow, usually only wide enough to accommodate a few people walking by foot. The southwestern part of the city was constructed after the partition.
