History

The airline was established in 2006 and is owned by Shenzhen Donggang Trade (51%), Donghai United Group (25%) and Yonggang (24%). Services were expected to start in August 2006 subject to gaining approval from Chinese aviation authorities. It has taken delivery of its first freighter aircraft, a Boeing 737-300

Pemco World Air Services has been contracted to convert four Boeing 737-300 passenger aircraft to full freighters (ie two immediate conversions and two option aircraft).
