On April 3, 2010, following the Star Plus Parivaar Awards, Star Plus revealed its new logo. The new logo is a ruby-coloured star with the trademark swoosh in white and the name of the channel in a new font. The new colour is a key component of the channel. The new theme is "Rishta Wahi Soch Nayi" meaning the relationships are still the same but our thought are new.

Star Plus HD along with Star Gold HD, Star Movies HD and Star World HD was launched on April 15, 2011. This channel carries the same schedule as Star Plus India with a different commercial feed and logo. Star Plus HD in the UK is set to launch by the end of 2011.

Today!

Today, Star Plus is a successful channel, because a lot of their shows are constantly gaining high and remaining in top ten show in their TRP points which makes Star Plus the leading channel in India in terms of GRP. The most special fact, Star Plus is now an HD channel but with the more technology and partner working HD turns into Asli HD which means True HD. And really Star Plus along with other Star Network Channels available on HD look too different. Sharp screen, clear, fresh and lustrous video look is now seen on it. Recently in the Indian Television Awards 2011, it was awarded the Best Entertainment Channel. The channel Star Plus is spread over the world. Star Plus with new thinking changes its logo and slogan but Star Plus is still having same connections and relations.
