Rockstar Toronto (formerly Rockstar Canada) is an in-house game development team for Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive, located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada (A city on the outskirts of Toronto). The company was renamed Rockstar Toronto in 2002 after Rockstar Games bought Vancouver-based Barking Dog Studios and re-named it Rockstar Vancouver.
Since the release of the Wii console, Rockstar Toronto has taken the responsibility of porting titles to the system.
Their most recent project, co-developing a PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV with Rockstar North has been completed, and was released over one month late on December 2 in North America.
