Panchmahal Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 26 Lok Sabha
(parliamentary) constituencies in Gujarat state in western India
. This constituency came into existence as a part of the implementation of delimitation
of parliamentary constituencies in 2008. This constituency comprises five of the seven assembly segments of erstwhile Godhra
constituency.

Five assembly segments - Balasinor, Lunawada, Shehra, Godhra and Kalol were earlier part of erstwhile Godhra
constituency. Thasra was part of erstwhile Kaira constituency. Morva Hadaf was also created in 2008 as a part of the implementation of delimitation of legislative assembly constituencies.
