Neo Souli, formerly Souli (Greek: Νέο Σούλι) is a Greek
village located east of Patras
. Neo Souli had a population of 665 in 2001 for the village. Neo Souli is in the municipality of Patras since the late-1990s. Neo Souli is connected with the road linking Patras. From 1836 until 1940, it was part of the municipality of Panachaia.

The new settlement of Souli is approximately 15 km from the city centre of Patras. Residential and other buildings are within the main and farm roads. Houses were stone-built until the 1950s and did not surpass modern-style homes until the 1980s. It was linked with pavement in the 1980s

Neo Souli is famous for its music festival, the People's Dance Festival and it first began from the Neo Souli Cultural Councin in 1993. The continuation for the spot in the festival was greatly famous, even in the later years, it moved from the majority of local cultural events and it removed as one spot in which it didn't brought onluy the dancing countil of Achaea, other in the Greek state.
