in supporting his view that Iran "must lead the global front in the struggle against America. It must not sit on the sidelines" and that "We want to combat America – not just America, but Zionism, England, and the leaders of global capitalism, who are exploiting the Muslims and the oppressed throughout the world."

In a speech which aired on Channel 1 of IRIB (Iranian TV) on September 25, 2009 (as translated by MEMRI), Azghadi alleged that Zionists are responsible for many of the problems in the world and called for the destruction of Israel, stating that:

"Today, underlying all the worldwide trends of alcohol consumption, prostitution, Hollywood sex and porn, banking, usury, and sex slavery there are Zionist tendencies. This is true in the U.S., in Europe, and everywhere. There is documented data to back this up. Surprisingly, even in the days of the Prophet of Islam, they fulfilled this same role. This is true of some of them, whom the Prophet confronted for precisely these reasons. One of the allegations leveled against them in Christian Europe of the last centuries was that they are experts in controlling the markets, culture, and the media, and in seizing control of large populations by means of small groups...Zionism will not disappear through talks. The Zionist Israeli state must be annihilated."

In a public address delivered which aired on IRIB Channel 1 on September 23, 2011 (as translated by MEMRI), Azghadi stated that "our operational units...must prepare to go to northern Africa, to eastern Asia, and to the heart of Europe. We must prepare for operations worldwide" and that "We must prepare for a global battle. The guys who work in intelligence and sabotage operations must now be prepared to go all over the world."
