Biography

Known in the field by the name Doc, Hendley was born to Jeff and Libbi Hendley. He is the second of four children, with one older sister and two younger brothers. Doc is currently married with two sons and resides in Boone, North Carolina

. Doc resided in Sudan for approximately one year. Upon his return to the United States, he began to focus all his energy on developing Wine to Water programs in other countries and has received a great deal of attention in the local and national media.

Doc is very active individual and likes to live life to the fullest. He is an enthusiastic motorcycle rider and has owned Harley-Davidson

 motorcycles since 1997. Doc also enjoys playing his guitar and still routinely plays at local bars and pubs. Whenever time will allow, he enjoys assistant coaching for the high school wrestling team in Boone, NC.
