Proposed in 2003, construction began in 2004 and the building was completed in 2006. It was the first part of the three-phase "Velocity Village", one of the largest mixed-use developments in YorkshireYorkshire

Structure

Usage
The building is designated as mixed-use, with the ground, first, second and third floors providing 34000 sq ft (3,158.7 m²) of office space, and the remainder one- and two-bed apartments. Part of the office space was let to Sheffield Company PlusNetPlusNet
