Moore chose to specialise in dance and went on to train at the Isobel Dunn School of Dance in York where its students learn ballet, tap, stage, freestyle, and English ballet. Following this, she auditioned for three dance schools, all of whom accepted her application, and chose to train under Phil Winston

 production opening on October 2010. Twinnie Lee Moore plays a Latina, one of three friends who dance in a club, who together "sing practically the whole show". It was later announced that Moore would not only understudy actress Victoria Hamilton-Barritt, who played lead Alex Owens, but would also perform as the lead every Saturday matinee. According to an interview, the plan was for year-long contracts for all the original cast, and an original cast recording was also planned. However, the show closed on January 15th 2011.

Twinnie will soon be starring in the West End premiere of Rock of Ages in the ensemble, set to open on August 31, 2011 at the Shaftesbury Theatre.
