The stated mission of TWD is "to utilize Tiger's world-renowned experience, his boundless pursuit of excellence and his love of golf to create a unique collection of amazing courses around the world." The company currently has three golf courses under construction. Woods has stated that he and the Company are content with one or two select projects at a time.

Punta Brava

This golf course started being constructed in early 2009, which will be completed in late 2010, and will be 6,835 yards par 70 course. The course will be located in Ensenada, Mexico, which the name of this course translates to the meaning of "wild point." . Punta Brava will feature with its 16th, 17th and 18th holes run-up the Pacific Ocean a unique ending sequence. This will be Tiger Woods' first golf course designed on the oceanfront. The course property will have 40 estate sites, 80 villa residences, private hotel with 20 villas each having a private pool.
