. He first showed his promising between 2003-2005 when he was studying at Assumption Thonburi College and played for the college. His career was begun in 2005, played for Royal Thai Air Force, made 6 appearances at aged 18. Next year he moved to Raj Pracha, it was at this club that Teerasil's performances developed gradually, scored 9 goals from 18 appearances, thus, drew attention from clubs and it was Muanthong United, second division champions, who won Teerasil's signature. Teerasil's good performances continued and made him one of the brightest youth in Thailand. The name of Teerasil became nationwide when he and fellow international teammates, Suree Sukha and Kiatprawut Saiwaeo
