Preparation

The beans are cleaned and then soaked in cold water for 3 hours to become soft. After that they are boiled in a pot. After first boiling the water it is thrown out and replaced with fresh water. Then add the onion

 and the black pepper. Apart in a pan fry an onion together with the black pepper. When the beans are boiled put it in earthenware together with the onion and the red pepper and stir well. After that, put a lid on the earthenware and put the dish in oven to be cooked on 220 °C. During the baking you should be careful, as the beans should not become dry.
