In 2002, Dr. Ho suffered a stroke

and has been gradually recovering. However, before the stroke,he said(and quoted) "Families shall come, enjoy the beauty of Hong Kong. I especially want children from abroad to come and see the colossal greenland and art. Nahyab (in chinese) means persuasion and i nahyah you to come".
