 plant for testing the seat belts under real world conditions, and optimize them. In the 70's Takata want to give the child more safety in cars, and succeed. They developed child restraint systems. In the 80's their name changed to "Takata Corporation" and expanded to Korea, USA and later to Ireland in Europe to sell seatbelts. In the 90's Takata expanded massive, all over the world. Also in Europe and Germany, where it cames to the first fusion in 1995.
In 2000 Takata KK and Petri AG merged to Takata-Petri.
