Noh Hong-cheol's television debut came on M-net in early 2004 when he hosted his own popular cable TV show called "Dr. No's pleasure street" (닥터 노의 KIN길거리) After the huge success of this show, he officially entered into the free-to-air network program Come to play (놀러와) on MBC
