 (Acts 4:15-32; Ephesians 6:21-24; Hebrews 13:24-25). The text is written in one column per page, 28-32 lines per page, by the elegant hand.

It contains Prolegomena, tables of the (tables of contents) before each book, numerals of the at the margin, the at the top, lectionary markings, subscriptions at the end of each book, and stichoi. It has a space on the margin for a commentary.

The manuscript was added to the list of New Testament manuscripts by Scrivener (225a) and Gregory (219a). C. R. Gregory saw the manuscript in 1883. In 1908 Gregory gave the number 643 to it.
