History

The airline was established in 1983 as a UPS feeder and operated as a cargo carrier until June 1995. It was then found fit by the United States Department of Transportation

 to conduct commuter operations under FAR Part 121. Passenger operations ceased in 1999. It was formerly known as Merlin Express
