Dahlan has acted as outside-house counsel for many Gulf business institutions, organisations and government entities, including Qatar’s Supreme Council for Economic Affairs and Investment, and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation. He has worked extensively on numerous significant infrastructure initiatives in the Gulf, including Doha’s $8.67 billion Specialty Teaching Hospital.
Dahlan is also the Director of the Qatar Law Forum of Global Leaders in Law
