 on behalf of Parkwood Leisure. It is run on the same frame as the leisure centres in Lewisham. The arena is located on the edge of Ladywell Fields. Ladywell Arena is fully equipped with athletic features, with a six lane 400m all weather running track, county league level football facilities on the centre field and also a modern gym. The gym has a combination of cv and resistance equipment as well as free weights. The stadium is also floodlit, which is ideal for training any time of the year. There is no specialized seating area for the arena only a few park benches.

Clients

Clients at the arena include many clubs for children and teenagers plus running & athletics clubs ranging from Kent AC to Blackheath Harriers AC. Ladywell Arena is also home to the South East London Wheelchair Racing Club and the Lewisham Special Olympic Club. The arena is located in the London Borough of Lewisham
