Kincaid Park is a 1516.78 acres (6.1 km²) municipal park in Anchorage, Alaska

The chalet has four areas that can be rented to the public. The Annex and different areas of the park may also be rented by the public.
The park is mostly forested, with birch, cottonwood, and spruce. Wildlife includes moose

Little Campbell Lake offers ice-fishing in winter, boating and fishing in the summer. No camping or fires are allowed anywhere within the park.
The Tony Knowles Coastal Trail
