 to Countess Rosa of Harrach of Rohrau and Thannhausen (1758–1814), younger daughter of Ferdinand Bonaventura II Anton, Count of Harrach of Rohrau and Thannhausen and his wife, Countess Maria Rosa of Harrach of Rohrau and Thannhausen.

They had four children:
