Everett Station Lofts supports the local art scene by reserving sixteen storefront units for artist

s who agree to open their studios to the public during regular business hours and during at least nine "First Thursday" evenings each year.

The lofts offer somewhat affordable exhibition space on the edge of the increasingly gentrified Pearl District and have been a key player in the art scene's surge in activity.
