 to the United States.

Mr. Delgaudio recently issued a fundraising letter in which he reported the following:

One stormy night I drove to a mailshop hidden deep in a nearly deserted stand of warehouses. I'd heard something was up and wanted to see for myself. As I rounded the final turn my eyes nearly popped. Tractor-trailers pulled up to loading docks, cars and vans everywhere and long-haired, earring-pierced men scurrying around running forklifts, inserters and huge printing presses. Trembling with worry I went inside. It was worse than I ever imagined. Row after row of boxes bulging with pro-homosexual petitions lined the walls, stacked to the ceiling. My mind reeled as I realized hundreds, maybe thousands, more boxes were already loaded on the tractor-trailers. And still more petitions were flying off the press. Suddenly a dark-haired man screeched, "Delgaudio what are you doing here?" Dozens of men began moving toward me. I'd been recognized. As I retreated to my car, the man chortled, "This time Delgaudio we can't lose." Driving away, my eyes filled with tears as I realized he might be right. This time the Radical Homosexuals could win.

Mr. Delgaudio also recently issued another fundraising letter in which he stated: You see, the Homosexual Lobby and its billionaire donors are flush with cash. When Congressmen and Senators see the power and riches of the radical Homosexuals, they get tempted. You’d be surprised how many politicians are already bought and paid for. This email also contained an image of what appeared to be a bloody hand and body which was rainbow colored. Delgaudio acknowledged that his organization was the source of the email and the image. When asked about it, Delgaudio said that it looked like paint to him and that the homosexual lobby had doctored his rainbow-colored image, changing it to red.

, and Loudoun County Board of Supervisors/School Board Joint Committee.

Delgaudio was first elected to the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors in 1999, running unopposed, and was later re-elected in 2003. He has been an outspoken critic on the board of anti-growth groups (consisting mostly large estate owners in the western half of the county) and an advocate of homebuilders in Loudoun. Delgaudio also has been opposed to expanding government services to illegal aliens as well as the school budget on nonessential programs. With regard to social justice issues, he has repeatedly expressed vehement opposition toward expanding marital rights to include same-sex partnerships.

While serving as supervisor and in working with Public Advocate, Delgaudio has remained a vocal activist for conservative causes. He campaigned strongly in 2006 for the Virginia Marriage Amendment, also called the Marshall-Newman Amendment. He has proposed that alternatives to anti-bullying programs be used in Loudoun County schools.
