On Tuesday, August 1, 2006 she gave birth to a 8.5 pound baby girl via caesarian section. She named her Elisa Fernanda. The father of young Elisa is Rubén Lira who is 11 years her junior. While pregnant she had refused to make public the name of the father of the child. It is reported that her reasoning for not naming the father of her child is because he left her and the baby during the pregnancy.
