 on September 11, 2001. She went to Washington, D.C. in September 2001 to protest an impending war , give flowers to Barbara Lee for her courageous stance, and to lobby against the PATRIOT Act. At the anti-war rallies, she realized that the war had little to do with fighting terrorism, but a lot to do with securing oil resources which led her to do research and begin local street actions. She was among the first to organize a public rally and march and to demand a Congressional investigation of 9/11.

From October 2001 to October 2007, Carol held a weekly two hour Listening Project- every Wednesday in downtown Palo Alto, California. Since then, she holds it on the 11th of every month, in solidarity with truthaction.org, and the global 9/11 Truth Movement

She organized the first rally and march on Senator Diane Feinstein’s office in San Francisco on January 8, 2002 to demand a Congressional inquiry of 9/11.

As a novel way of protesting and to building public awareness of the issues she is interested in, Carol publishes Deception Dollars and Conception Dollars which resemble U.S. currency. The Deception Dollars series includes a Media Bill, and several denominations of an Election Deception Dollar She also publishes a special Conception Dollar to promote healthy alternatives to the politicians and issues she protests with the Deception Dollars. Over seven million of her dollars are circulating and collected in the San Francisco Bay Area

On the program, she interviewed and conversed with thinkers, authors, and film makers on the topics of Impeachment, Peace, 9/11 Truth, the monetary system, electoral integrity, and state-sponsored terrorism. The show ended in October, 2008 when WTPRN ceased its operations.

In October 2008, she published an article Evolution of the Apocalypse- Empire's Demise- Human Renaissance looking at the deep systemic problems with the global economy, the most recent speculative bubble which could crash the global economy. She produced a controversial 30 second TV ad noting that 9/11, WTC 7, the financial crash, the bailout, shared characteristics of controlled demolitions, criminal fraud and treason.
