Big Tits Zombie 3D was released in some cinemas in the UK in Autumn 2010 by Terracotta Distribution, with the DVD following in November.

Plot
A medieval Book of the Dead is discovered in the catacombs that run under a small town strip club. When one of the desperate strippers raises an army of the undead, the rest of the strippers must stop the zombies to save the world!Differences between the film and manga
- In the manga, the book's main antagonist Maria Kuroi is fired from the strip club after Rena exposes Maria's habit of performing fellatioFellatioFellatio is an act of oral stimulation of a male's penis by a sexual partner. on less popular customers in order to get more tips. However, this is never mentioned in the film.
- There are several differences between Maria Kuroi's character in the film and manga. In the manga, Maria Kuroi is shown to be a voluptuous foul-mouthed brute with braided dreadlocks who frequently assaulted new strippers over trivial and/or non-existant reasons (such as folding the corner of a roll of toilet paper) while in the film, Maria Kuroi is shown to be an intelligent, slender young red haired woman who quotes different playwrights and philosophers (i.e. William ShakespeareWilliam ShakespeareWilliam Shakespeare was an English poet and playwright, widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world's pre-eminent dramatist. He is often called England's national poet and the "Bard of Avon"...
). When cornered by the zombies, Maria Kuroi was able to manipulate the zombies with her scent in the manga while she used a chant from the spellbook in the film. Despite these differences, the film version of Mari Kuroi still possesses similar characteristics of her manga counterpart, such as the clawed gloves and the scars on her arms from wrist cutting.
- In the manga, Rock's character was shown as being muscular, short-haired and possessing various tattoos on her arms (which she obtained during her stay in prison for murderMurderMurder is the unlawful killing, with malice aforethought, of another human being, and generally this state of mind distinguishes murder from other forms of unlawful homicide...
. The film version however portrays Rock as being a lot slimmer and having longer hair.
- The manner of how Rock murders the rapist is also different. In the manga, she killed him after destroying his home with a truck and anally raping him with a beer bottle while in the film, Rock killed the rapist by impaling him with an umbrellaUmbrellaAn umbrella or parasol is a canopy designed to protect against rain or sunlight. - In the film, the cause of the zombie outbreak is the result of a spellbook while there was no cause for the zombification in the manga.

). However, only shambling zombies exist in the manga version. However, the zombies still retain their intelligence in both versions, but have an uncontrollable urge to devour the living.
