to the Sixth and Seventh Congresses (March 4, 1799-March 3, 1803); member of the State House of Commons
1807-1809, 1814, 1819, and 1820; resumed the practice of law in Salisbury, N.C., and died there October 21, 1822; interment in the City Cemetery.
