ADD works with a variety of organisations ranging from small groups at the village or local level, to larger, representational national federations and unions, to promote aid and support for disabled persons.

ADD offers various services to disabled persons, such as business loans, financial support for local physiotherapy clinics, and aid in setting up support groups. They also offer indirect support by training teachers, government officials, and religious leaders in raising awareness of the disability issue in local communities.
