Biography

Xavier Marie Joseph de France was the third surviving child and eldest son of Dauphin Louis de France and Princess Maria Josepha of Saxony. He was a brother to the future kings Louis XVI

He died at the age of six months at Versailles after a fit of convulsions. He was buried at the Basilica of St Denis.
