Geography

Wuppenau has an area, , of 12.15 square kilometres (4.7 sq mi). Of this area, 9.07 km² (3.5 sq mi) or 74.7% is used for agricultural purposes, while 2.26 km² (0.872590878419129 sq mi) or 18.6% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 0.8 km² (0.308881726874028 sq mi) or 6.6% is settled (buildings or roads).
