The World Chess Championship 2013 will be a match between the winner of the World Chess Championship 2012 and a challenger, to determine the 2013 World Chess Champion

while (2733) and (2723) dropped to #18 and #25 on the rating list.
So using the July and November rating lists the 3 players qualifying via ratings will be Carlsen, Aronian and Kramnik.

Rating List Qualification Spots
According to the FIDE regulations, the loser of the 2012 World Championship will be the #1 seed, and the remainder of the field will be seeded according to their ratings in the January 2012 FIDE rating list.
