put Wayne in a position where he would be the 3rd choice hooker and would not feature in every game of the 2011 season.
On December 20 it was rumoured and all but confirmed in the League Express that he was going to join Salford Reds on a 3 year deal.
On Godwin's debut he scored a try vs Leigh Centurions but still lost 13-12, in his second game vs Wigan Warriors he didnt cross the line in Salford's 28-34 defeat against the current champions
