, born 9 June 1978. He first qualified for the main tour in 1997, but soon dropped of the main tour and had remained as an amateur for 11 years. Wayne Cooper manage to regain his place in the 2008/09 pro tour by finishing top of the EASB Pro Ticket Tour rankings. He has managed to win just one match in the Northern Ireland Trophy that season.

Wayne is now a professional van driver for GGB selling discounted Italian car parts as well as chief doughnut distributor for the Bradford region.
