Previously we don't have any water source for irrigation, now in my mondal 2 minor projects located one is @ Veldurthi and another one is @ Sangalapalli. Now the 90% work completed this projects, because of out late YSR died this project work gone down now we are expecting to close this work by next currif season.
Major Villages are Animela, Palagiri and Payasam Palli.
Visiting Places:
Sangameswara Devalalu which is located @ Animela.. 6KM from Mondal centre.
THis mondal is centrally located to the district, from here to Proddatur is around 33Km and Pulivendula around 30KM and Kadapa is around 40 KM.
Nearest railway station is Yerraguntla is around 20Km from mondal Head Quarter.
Direct Bussed available to Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vijayawada and Nellore.
Direct trains available to Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Hubli, New Delhi, Kanyakumari and Chittor.
