Uriel Lubrani (born October 7, 1926 in Germany) Israeli diplomat, military and security persona.

Son of Aaron and Rose Lubrani. He attended the Hebrew Real School. Bachelor of Arts at London University. Between 1944 and 1948 he was the first of the underground Haganah
