Junior career

In 2006, Mannah represented and co-captained the Australian Schoolboys national rugby league team where he scored two tries against the French Juniors side.

Mannah also became the first player to captain a Parramatta Eels' side in the revamped NYC Toyota Cup competition in 2008.

First grader career

In round 1 of the 2009 season, Mannah made his NRL first grade debut for Parramatta Eels against the New Zealand Warriors
