 rekindled their friendship which led to Brian filling in for a Thornley show, and then joining the band as they naturally reconnected as musicians.

The band will end the year with Thornley's self-titled band for a Canadian tour titled "An Evening with Thornley and Big Wreck". Doherty then officially joined Thornley as a permanent member.

Thornley will be participating in Rockfest in Belleville, Ontario and Rock the Park in London, Ontario.

In July of 2011 Ian Thornley left 604 records and signed with Anthem/SRO. Ian's new manager is Andy Curran. A new album titled Big Wreck has been recorded and scheduled to be released sometime in early 2012.
