He also co-owns a record label with Mathieu Drouin called Remedy Music, the label is one of Canada's hottest up-and-coming labels. In fall of 2011, Gavin Brown was one of the producers and stars on CBC (Canadian Broadcast Corporation)'s hit show Cover Me Canada which features contestants covering some of the biggest songs to come out of Canada. The tv show showcased Gavin as a charismatic producer and visionary and showed behind the scenes footage with him the contestants in the studio, over 10 episodes.
