The Other People is a Mumbai
- based band who formed seven years ago, when an enterprising group of musicians came together. The band saw early success and stood out in the crowd, aptly calling themselves ‘The Other People’. The band performs renditions of popular songs of artists from the late 1950s right up to the 2000s.
They have started composing their own music and in the process of recording the same.
The band debuted with a frenzied night of classic rock
and rock and roll
at Not Just Jazz By The Bay, Mumbai in July 2004. Jam packed shows and many rehearsals later, The Other People had Mumbai’s nightlife abuzz and became hugely popular for their Rock and Roll

for two consecutive years i.e. 2009 & 2010.
