Synopsis

Hexen Village, England, in the early 21st century, has a crop of gifted children. However, murder and mental illness seem to be centered around them. The Doctor is kidnapped and taken to Liverpool and discovers the Hexen children could affect the rest of the country. Ace is left in the village to face the threats of animated scarecrows, human prejudice, revenge-violence and a strange black cloud.
