Shiseikan series

The summary of the world of Shiseikan (Administrator) series
In the far future, the Terrestrial Humans constitute the Terrestrial Federation in the space. The Terrestrial humans had spread in the vast space and colonized numerous stellar systems and their planets. The terrestrials had established the local governments in those planets and ruled terrestrial people and intellectual tribes who had been originally born, evolved and lived in those planets before terrestrials conquered these planets. In the early period, the planets had been ruled by military governments. However, the Federal Government started to send civilian administrators and they reigned planets on behalf of military governors. Thus the dramas of those administrators (shiseikan) began.
