Early life

Takaya was born in Canberra, but moved to Sydney at a young age. He attended Sydney school Barker College from years 3 to 12, graduating in 2005. He then attended the College Of Fine Arts (UNSW) in 2006 studying a Bachelor of Digital Media before transferring to the University of Technology Sydney in 2007 to study a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (MediaArts and Production) which he graduated from on the 29th April 2011."
